Undoubtedly, ethics in lawyering becomes a basis for solving every mistake, so that they never use unethical ways to achieve their goals. In the following article, the author tries to specify the standards of ethics and explain the professional ethics in law according to them. The purpose of this article is for readers to be familiar with civil responsibilities and factors affecting professional ethics, and to use experts who are up-to-date and have a high scientific level and put ethics at the top of their list. Therefore, we are of the opinion that the legal responsibility of the lawyer towards the clients and their professional ethics should be investigated and studied. چکیده: امروزه اخلاق و مسائل مربوط به آن در جامعه حقوقی بسیار با اهمیت است. بدون شک اخلاق در وکالت، زمینه ای می شود جهت مضمحل شدن هر خطا، تا هرگز از راه های غیراخلاقی برای دستیابی به اهداف خود استفاده نکنند. نویسنده در مقاله پیش رو می کوشد موازین اخلاق را مشخص و طبق آن به تبیین اخلاق حرفه ای در وکالت بپردازد. هدف نوشتار حاضر این است که خوانندگان با مسئولیت های مدنی و عوامل موثر بر اخلاق حرفه ای آشنا، و از متخصصینی استفاده کنند که به روز و دارای سطح علمی بالایی هستند و اخلاق را سرلوحه خود قرار می دهند. فلذا برآنیم که به بررسی و مطالعه مسئولیت حقوقی وکیل در قبال موکلان و اخلاق حرفه ای انها پرداخته شود. /downloadfilepdf/1796961
