What do altruism, martyrdom, and self-sacrifice mean in the concept of sacrifice? What is the place of these concepts in human evolution and the happiness of society? What methods should be used to develop these principles? This research was conducted in a descriptive analytical manner using a library method, and the results show: In jurisprudence and law derived from the Quran, sacrifice, jihad, and martyrdom have been raised as high human concepts that lead to nearness, happiness, and meeting with Allah. The revelation of verses related to the subject was raised after the establishment of Islam and its spread in Medina, and when believers were endowed with high human values, and this indicates the high position of these concepts in Islamic culture. In order to encourage and develop the culture of sacrifice and self-sacrifice, God Almighty mentions examples of them in the Noble Book. یکی از مفاهیم فراموش شده جامعه کنونی، نوع دوستی، ترجیح دادن منافع عمومی بر منفعت شخصی و در یک کلمه، فراموشی فرهنگ ایثار و شهادت می¬باشد.در مفهوم ایثار، نوع دوستی، شهادت و از خود گذشتگی یعنی چه؟ این مفاهیم چه جایگاهی در تکامل انسان و سعادت جامعه برعهده دارند؟ برای گسترش این مبانی از چه شیوه‌هایی باید استفاده شود؟ این پژوهش به شیوه تحلیلی توصیفی به روش کتابخانه¬ای صورت گرفته و نتایج نشان می¬دهد: در فقه و حقوق برخواسته از قرآن، ایثار، جهاد و شهادت به عنوان مفاهیم عالی انسانی مطرح شده است که موجب قرب، سعادت و لقا الله می¬گردد. نزول آیات مرتبط با موضوع، بعد از برپایی اسلام و گسترش آن در مدینه و زمانی که مومنین متخلق به ارزشهای والای انسانی شده¬اند، مطرح شده است و این نشان از جایگاه رفیع این مفاهیم در فرهنگ اسلامی دارد و نیز جهت تشویق و گسترش فرهنگ ایثار و از خود گذشتگی، حق تعالی در کتاب شریف از نمونه های مصداقی آن یاد می¬کند. /downloadfilepdf/2321137
