The organization also considers rights arising from material and intellectual property, and most domestic laws in this area affect the domestic laws of different countries. Acceptance of these rules by different countries can have positive or negative consequences, and each of these effects leads to the adoption of pros and cons in this regard. In this regard, the present study examines the ethical implications of respecting and accepting Iran's intellectual property rights and membership in the World Trade Organization. Therefore, the research question is: What are the moral implications of Iran's acceptance of intellectual property rights and its membership in the World Trade Organization? In this research, using descriptive-analytical method, it is determined what are the meanings and components of intellectual property rights? What is the history of intellectual property rights and their effects in different countries and international organizations? And finally, what are the moral implications of accepting and respecting intellectual property rights? The results of the research show that the observance of intellectual property rights from moral aspects helps to protect real and legal trademarks, accept healthy competition among citizens, scientific and economic development of society and also respect the rights of citizens. یکی از نهادهای جهانی که نقش مهمی در قواعد و قوانین تجاری در کشورهای مختلف جهان دارد، سازمان جهانی تجارت است. سازمان مزبور حقوق ناشی از مالکیت مادی و فکری را نیز مورد توجه قرار می‏دهد و اغلب قوانین داخلی در این زمینه، بر قوانین داخلی کشورهای مختلف اثرگذار است. پذیرش این قواعد از سوی کشورهای مختلف می‏تواند پیامدهای مثبت و یا منفی داشته باشد که هرکدام از آثار مذکور، باعث اتخاذ رویکردهای موافق و مخالف در این زمینه می‏شود. در همین راستا، پژوهش حاضر، آثار اخلاقی ناشی از رعایت و پذیرش حقوق مالکیت فکری و عضویت ایران در سازمان جهانی تجارت را مورد بررسی قرار می‏دهد. بنابراین سؤال پژوهش این است؛ آثار اخلاقی پذیرش حقوق مالکیت فکری از سوی ایران و عضویت آن در سازمان جهانی تجارت کدام است؟ در این پژوهش با استفاده از روش توصیفی-تحلیلی مشخص می‏شود که معانی و مؤلفه‏های حقوق مالکیت فکری کدام هستند؟ تاریخچه ی حقوق مالکیت فکری و آثار آن در کشورها و سازمان‏های مختلف جهانی به چه صورت است؟ و در نهایت این که آثار اخلاقی ناشی از پذیرش و رعایت حقوق مالکیت فکری شامل چه مواردی است؟ نتایج پژوهش نشان می‏دهند که رعایت حقوق مالکیت فکری از جنبه‏های اخلاقی باعث حمایت از علائم تجاری حقیقی و حقوقی، پذیرش رقابت سالم میان شهروندان، توسعه ی علمی و اقتصادی جامعه و همچنین رعایت حقوق شهروندان می‏شود. /downloadfilepdf/27393
