Therefore, the study of criteria and factors of investment attraction is one of the most important fields of study for economists. Financing agreements with foreign banks answer one of the biggest problems of the economy and can be answered; One of the problems that the Iranian economy is currently facing is the lack of financial resources for the implementation of various projects, and most manufacturing companies in the country today are struggling with the problem of lack of financial resources. Although foreign investment has more advantages than financing contracts and is a priority, but in any case, the problem of lack of sufficient financial resources to carry out investment projects with these contracts can be solved. The important thing to keep in mind is that concluding these contracts is an issue, and doing projects and repaying loans is the other side of the story. Pay the loan installments on time so that what happened in the early 70's does not happen again. We should note that these financing should not cause foreign currency debts for the country in the next few years, if project management is efficient enough, we can use these resources and improve the structure of the economy. In this descriptive-analytical article with interest It is a collection of library resources in which the relationship between finance and foreign investment and its impact on the Iranian economy has been studied. حمایت همگانی از سرمایه گذاری خارجی، ابزاری برای رسیدن به رشد و توسعه اقتصادی در برنامه های مدون کشورها، به ویژه ممالک در حال توسعه است. از این رو بررسی معیارها و عوامل جذب سرمایه گذاری از مهم ترین زمینه های مطالعاتی اقتصاد دانان است. قرارداد فاینانس با بانک های خارجی می تواند پاسخ گوی مشکلات اقتصادی و بر طرف کننده نیازها باشد؛ یکی از مسایلی که در حال حاضر اقتصاد ایران با آن روبرو است کمبود منابع مالی برای اهداف بلند مدت پنج ساله می باشد. در حال حاضر بیشتر بنگاه های تولیدی کشور با این معضل بزرگ مالی دست و پنجه نرم می کنند. سرمایه گذاری خارجی در قراردادهای فاینانس از مزیت های فراوانی برخوردار است. اولین معضل انعقاد قرارداد سرمایه گذاری حل مسایل مالی این گونه پیمان ها می باشد. عقد قرارداد فاینانس یک طرف مسئله و تکمیل پروژه و بازگرداندن وام طرف دیگر ماجرا است، باید توجه داشت که منابع مالی حاصل از فاینانس به پروژه هایی اختصاص یابند که بازده مناسبی داشته تا بتوان اقساط وام را به موقع پرداخت کرد. مبادا مواردی مشابه اتفاقات دهه ی هفتاد میلادی تکرار شده در ضمن موجب نشود در آینده بدهی ارزی برای کشور به بار آورد، هرگاه مدیریت پروژه کارا باشد می توان از این منابع درست استفاده کرده، ساختار اقتصاد را بهبود بخشید. این مقاله به روش توصیفی-تحلیلی با بهره گیری از منابع کتابخانه ای به بررسی رابطه ی فاینانس با سرمایه گذاری خارجی و تاثیر آن بر اقتصاد ایران پرداخته است. /downloadfilepdf/356932
