Cryptocurrencies are a form of digital currency on blockchain and encrypted and that's why they have many disadvantages and benefits that distinguish them from other virtual money and traditional money. The nature of cryptocurrencies has led the international organizations as well as Iran and other countries to adopt different approaches to cryptocurrencies in recent years. The popularity and value of the cryptocurrencies are increasing day by day, and today there are few people who do not know the cryptocurrencies, for this reason, a transparent approach from governments should be adopted and a comprehensive law must be adopted to be able to use the cryptocurrencies in the best way and by recognizing their shortcomings, prevent possible damage to the economy and security of the country. It is necessary and essential to study this issue in view of the imposition of the United States of America sanctions on our country and the increasing expansion of these sanctions and the resulting economic problems because cryptocurrencies have certain features and advantages that can be used as a way to pay and transfer internationally and even domestic payments in these situations. This article tries to answer the following main question: What is the position of cryptocurrencies in world trade? And also, these questions are to be answered: What are the advantages and disadvantages of cryptocurrencies? What is the approach of international organizations and Iran regarding cryptocurrencies? تشکیل رمزارزها در اواخر سال ۲۰۰۸ منجر به ایجاد تحولات گسترده ای در تجارت جهانی شد. رمزارزها شکلی از پول دیجیتال مبتی بر بلاک چین و به صورت رمزنگاری شده هستند و به همین دلیل معایب و مزایای بسیار زیادی دارند که آن ها را از سایر پول های مجازی و پول های رایج سنتی متمایز می کند. ماهیت رمزارزها سبب شده تا در طول سال های اخیر سازمان های بین المللی و همچنین ایران و سایر کشورها رویکردهای متفاوتی نسبت به رمزارزها اتخاذ کنند. محبوبیت و ارزش رمزارزها روز به روز بیشتر می شود و امروزه افراد کمی هستند که رمزارزها را نمی شناسند به همین دلیل است که باید رویکردی شفاف از سوی دولت ها درمورد رمزارزها اتخاذ و قانون جامعی وضع شود تا بتوان به بهترین شکل از مزایای رمزارزها استفاده کرد و از سوی دیگر با شناخت معایب آن ها از ورود خسارات احتمالی ناشی از آن بر اقتصاد و امنیت کشور جلوگیری کرد. بررسی این موضوع با توجه به اعمال تحریم های گسترده ی آمریکا بر کشورمان و گسترش روزافزون این تحریم ها و ایجاد مشکلات اقتصادی ناشی از آن، حآئز اهمیت و ضرورت می باشد زیرا رمزارزها ویژگی ها و مزایایی دارند که می توان به عنوان روش جدیدی برای پرداخت و نقل و انتقالات بین المللی و حتی پرداخت های داخلی ازآن ها در این شرایط استفاده کرد. در این مقاله سعی شده به این سوال اصلی پاسخ دهیم که رمزارز چه جایگاهی در تجارت جهانی دارند؟ همچنین به سوالات دیگری از جمله این که رمزارزها چه مزایا و معایبی دارند؟ رویکرد سازمان های بین المللی و ایران نسبت رمزارزها چیست؟ پاسخ داده شود. /downloadfilepdf/572104
